As it's the Funny Season afterall, we thought it best to dedicate a post to our Alien Church Family and give grateful thanks.
Obviously to those who have come to multiple shows throughout the year (and since the beginning really) we are humbly in thanks and love. But there are a handful that warrant singling out.

Eszti
First to Eszti, who has quietly and from her own steam attended many of our shows with camera in hand, producing incredible moments from the gigs and genuinely making us look so fucking cool! Her own words are worth sharing here, as it chuffs us to read and also serves as a beautiful call to action to come see us at our next gig!

Shucks aplenty for yours truly. But what's important for us is two-fold: we have the capacity to make someone in our audience feel transported and that we want more people to share in that experience.
Check out Eszti's own gig photography here:
Peter Freeman
From the very first time Mr Peter Freeman came to our show in Lampas (I think show numero dos) he's been there, always smiling, always leaning back in the crowd and soaking it up. He's a picture of a good soul and if people like him find us appealing and want to be part of the experience, then it's reaffirming for us that we're on the right track.
Tibi Gede
Tibi's helped us out more than anyone in the city: giving us advice, spreading our name and importantly giving us opportunities to play in bigger and better venues. He's someone who supports passion and potential in anyone in the music scene and single handedly has created dozens of gig experiences in Budapest for years. And of course you should check out his various musical projects, Yeux, Dennie Wander and Shellbeach.
Brigi
If the previously mentioned Eszti is at a gig she's likely to be shoulder to shoulder with Brigi, Arpi's better half! We always play better when she is in the crowd and we can see the delight in her big smile and bright eyes! During the times when we need someone on the outside to give us feedback in the Bunker during rehearsal, Brigi is our most trusted solo audience member!
The Perfekt Square Boys
I'm just gonna lump the boys in one here, because they've been musical brethren from early on and throughout this past year. We loved the Riff Gig before summer and whenever we see the boys Misi, Decs, Eric and Sandor at the venue it also gives us a kick into gear.

Lorant and Klára
Just when we think we're making music only middle aged men would get into, there's Klára, who brings the much needed youth element into the crowd! She's a fire cracker, always ready to jump on the mic whenever we play Killing in the Name of! Her father Lori is also a gifted musician and teacher and shares a band with our very own Gay Boy, called Mered. Check them out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TX9-4bLPLU8
Speaking of youth, shout out too to Cyndi in Queensland, Australia, my dear sister's teen step kid who may or may not be the first 'Little Katie'.
My Queen
And of course I must indeed acknowledge the Queen of Budapest, the Mistress of Mirth, the Sexy Squirrel and my own better half, Yasmine. Her grumbles about a sore neck the morning after our gigs is testimont to her energy at our shows, so beware anyone who dares to stand within close proximity of that thrashing wild hair! She's held cameras, grabbed beers, laughed at my jokes and been to every show (except the first one...well, she walked in at the very end so I guess that counts ;) ). Of course she's biased, but she's been a rock for our rock band.
Most of all I am thankful for her companionship through life.
All and Sundry
Of course there's more and more but only so much space to keep people's attention in this blog so I'll have to end it there. Shout out to Larry, James, Azer, Chris Allan, Peter from Edith, Shane, Aric, Alice and Ali, thank you all for coming to our shows.
Wanna make the list next year? Come see us more. ;)
Maybe on the 28th of December, for example?
